  9. What kinda line are you on?  Are you in the heart of some big city?  Cause 
  10. i live in Washington State, out in a small commmunity of around 100 people. 
  11.  I connect at 24000 to my ISP and every so often I will get 26400.  But I 
  12. never get 31200 or 33600.  Only when I go to my Grandma's house, which is 
  13. in the city.  So you must be on very very good lines.  And what modem do 
  14. you have?  I have the USR Courier V.everything running with the latest ROM.
